Welcome to Smith and Nephew’s new A and B Wings. After providing Smith & Nephew with master planning and conceptual design services for several different relocation options over the past two years, The Crump Firm was selected to design the complete renovation of the former Harrah’s building.Broken into two phases, the phase one scope of work includes modifying and renovating 232,500 S.F. of office space, including: a large executive suite, four café style dining areas and reconfiguring over 50 conference rooms. The second phase of work includes building out 60,000 S.F. of an existing shell structure as a medical education conference center with working laboratory spaces, a 150-seat auditorium and a full cafeteria.
