The Davidson Hotel Company’s challenge was to create a space with an upscale, transitional look, with a fun and warm feel that inspires communication and interaction, on time and in budget.
The 17,000 SF corporate office building is centered around a dynamic and open coffee shop-like break room, equipped with flat screens, soft seating and cafe tables. The adjacent all-glass Club Room helps show that “meetings can happen anywhere, not just the board room. The color scheme offers a warm, neutral background that provides the warm and fun feel Davidson desired.
