Triad Centre III Opening
The Memphis Business Journal ran a short story about the grand opening of Highwoods Properties, Inc. Triad Centre III, which The Crump Firm designed. Project Architect, Re’ John Lartigue facilitated the LEED aspect of the project. The article incorrectly states that Triad Centre III has received Silver Certification by the USGBC.
This seven-story, 148,000 square foot, Class-A office building will be the first one in the Memphis area to successfully pursue the USGBC’s LEED Gold Certification. Although The Crump Firm, Inc. has designed several projects to meet LEED standards, this will be the first one that has been submitted to the USGBC for certification.
